Reserving a hotel bedroom, either verbally or in writing, constitutes a contract in law. Should you be obliged to cancel your reservation please give as much notice as possible so that we can try to re-let the room and so defray our losses. Bookings are normally confirmed by a deposit of £20.00 per room per night, which will be fully refunded if more than four weeks notice is given. Whether or not a deposit has been paid, the full charge of the reservation will be charged. An exception may be made if arrangements are made for a future stay within 6 months. Cancellation insurance is advised and forms are available on request. All prices are inclusive of VAT 17.5%.
The restaurant is open from Easter untl October, and is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings . We take orders for meals from 7.00pm until 8.30pm. When booking a hotel room, please tell us if you would like to book a table in the restaurant.
Our restaurant is open every Sunday for Sunday Lunch from 12.00 - 2.30pm, it is advisable to book.
The Bar is open all year round from 6.00pm (from 12pm on Saturdays & Sundays) and in the Summer months the bar is open from 12pm daily. We serve home cooked meals from 12-3pm and 6.30-9pm (until 9.30pm on Fridays & Saturdays)
We welcome children of all ages to The Hafod Hotel, we have some toys, crayons & DVD's for their entertainment. We do ask that children do not go into the bar after 9.30pm (but they are welcome to be in the tearoom after this time). We have a childrens menu availble from 6.30pm.
A well-behaved dog is welcome and is free of charge. This is conditional on your being satisfied that under no circumstances will your dog go on the beds or furniture. More than one pet by arrangement please. No pets in the public lounges after 6.00pm.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors, all of the hotel bedrooms are non-smoking. We have a smoking area outside the tearoom.
The essential character of the hotel produces intrinsic access difficulties. Nevertheless, we welcome enquiries from disabled guests and are only too happy to discuss their requirements beforehand.
